As a Service Support Supervisor, you will work to continuously improve this seamless customer journey and prioritize the customer above all else.

Your main responsibilities will include leading a team of customer advisors and supporting the Regional Manager in guiding and coaching the respective advisors.


What You'll Do

  • Leadership: You will lead a team of support agents, oversee daily operations, and proactively drive developments in your own business area. This will involve close collaboration with other managers/supervisors. You are a leader and a team player.
  • Flexibility: You can handle adhoc requests and effectively prioritize and manage rapidly changing priorities.
  • Stakeholder Management: You will keep track of issues within your team, regionspecific metrics, and escalation cases, and maintain a trustbased relationship with key stakeholders (both within and outside of Tesla Support) to ensure that agents receive relevant feedback from the region.
  • Communicator: You will support agents in handling customer inquiries with professionalism and urgency and escalate matters comprehensively. You are the voice of Tesla in escalations and complex issues representing our brand, mission, and products.
