    JOB SUMMARY:

    We are seeking a detail-oriented Contract Administrative Specialist to ensure the accurate and timely reporting of qualified work completed at our nuclear site by contractors. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a keen eye for detail. This role involves reconciling contractor-reported data with site records, addressing reporting discrepancies, and providing support to ensure compliance with prevailing wage requirements.

    Responsibilities:

    1. Verify completion of qualified work at the nuclear site by contractors in a third-party online system.
    2. Reconcile contractor-reported payrolls in the system with site reports of completed work.
    3. LPC Tracker.
    4. Contact contractors to address reporting discrepancies, including late submissions, missing data, and non-compliant wages.
    5. Collaborate with contractors to determine accurate reporting of on-site work in the system.
    6. Create Purchase Requisitions and contracts
    7. Manage the day-to-day administration of contracts, purchase orders and associated invoices between Suppliers, Contractors, Consultants and the company
    8. Monitor PO Acknowledgements
    9. Promote cost savings with customers
    10. Assist in relationship management
    11. Monitor and expedite PO/Contract deliverables
    12. Understand and prepare budgets, budget reports and supporting documentation
    13. Generate periodic reports on contractor compliance with prevailing wage requirements.
    14. Supplier Management/ Vendor Relations
    15. Process data and deliverables from new and alternative supplier/contractor sources.
    16. Assist in other administrative duties as needed to support the contracting process.

    Requirements:

    1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field preferred.
    2. Proven experience in contract administration, data reconciliation, or related fields.
    3. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
    4. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
    5. Proficiency in using online systems and databases.
    6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    7. Knowledge of prevailing wage regulations is a plus.
