Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative.

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers and ensuring their needs are met.


Responsibilities:


  • Assist customers with product information, pricing, and order placement
  • Process customer orders accurately and efficiently
  • Provide support for any issues or concerns that may arise during the order process
  • Upsell additional products or services to customers when appropriate
  • Conduct outbound calls to follow up with customers or provide updates on their orders
  • Enter and maintain customer information and interactions in the database
  • Resolve customer complaints or escalate to the appropriate department for resolution

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred
  • Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
  • Strong sales and upselling abilities
  • Proficient in data entry and navigating computer systems
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Detailoriented with strong problemsolving skills
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

From $13.50 per hour
