Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative.
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers and ensuring their needs are met.
Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with product information, pricing, and order placement
- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Provide support for any issues or concerns that may arise during the order process
- Upsell additional products or services to customers when appropriate
- Conduct outbound calls to follow up with customers or provide updates on their orders
- Enter and maintain customer information and interactions in the database
- Resolve customer complaints or escalate to the appropriate department for resolution
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Strong sales and upselling abilities
- Proficient in data entry and navigating computer systems
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Detailoriented with strong problemsolving skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Pay:
From $13.50 per hour
