Position: In-House Executive/Private Chef

Schedule: Full-time, Monday through Friday, 10 AM to 5ish PM

Role Description:
As our in-house chef, you will play a crucial role in our family by providing high-quality, nutritious meals that align with our health goals, as outlined by our nutritionist.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare daily meals that are both delicious and nutritious.
- Ensure kitchen sanitation, particularly important as the husband prefers strict cleanliness (e.g., wearing gloves).
- Meal prep for weekends focused on fitness fuel, particularly for the husband who is on a fitness journey.
- Occasionally travel with the family to cater during business trips and vacations.

Qualifications
- Strong culinary experience in food preparation, food service management, cooking, and kitchen management
- Proficiency in food management, food service, catering, and restaurant management
- Ability to handle inventory control and food handling practices
- Experience in banquet operations, supervising teams, and leading in a culinary environment
- Familiarity with dietary department operations and food production
- Demonstrated skills in team management and leadership
- Knowledge of bartending is a plus
Pay:
$ $45.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 per week
