Medical Receptionist

Modern Regenerative Health, a leader in mínimally invasive pain management and medical aesthetics in the greater Salem,NH area, is seeking an enthusiastic professional to join the team.

We are looking for a Medical Receptionist with experience in phone handling, patient scheduling, and the collection and organization of basic medical paperwork.

Previous experience in a medical setting is preferred, but not required.


Responsibilities include:

• Being first in line to welcome our patients and last in line to see them off
• Answering phones and responding to patient questions
• Making and verifying patient appointments
• Verifying insurance status for patients
• Retrieving and filing patient charts
• Collecting copays or fees at time of service

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• We are looking for someone who is energetic, likes working closely with others, and has firstrate communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to communicate well with staff, managers and physicians
• Exceptional phone etiquette is desired
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Computer Skills

We are willing to train the right person with the proper set of core skills, friendly outgoing personality and good work ethic.
