Responsibilities:
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional manner
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges
- Provide product information to customers
- Upsell products or services when appropriate
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Communicate effectively with customers to ensure satisfaction
- Analyze customer feedback to improve service
Skills:
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Strong phone etiquette and active listening skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in data entry and computer systems
- Bilingual capabilities are advantageous
- Prior experience in customer service or sales is preferred
Pay:
$ $19.87 per hour
