Now hiring for a full time Staffing Coordinator in our Specialty Staffing Division of Aerospace and Production in Pensacola, FL.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Conduct applicant screenings, phone interviews, reference checks, background checks, drug screens, etc.
Create and maintain job descriptions.
Track each step of recruitment process.
Submit weekly reports of recruiting statistics.
Develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need.
Post job openings online, Job boards, print ads, with professional organizations, and in other position appropriate venues.
Efficiently and effectively fill open positions.
Work with Clients to ensure placement needs meets expected standards
Conduct regular follow-up with Clients to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans and implementation.
Use social and professional networking sites to identify and source candidates.
Update the company website Job Opportunity page to assist in recruiting.
Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting.
Give constant updates to candidates and clients about status of interviews.
Provide updates on open positions in weekly meetings.
Enter and update all candidate and client information in an Applicant Tracking system.
- Other duties as assigned, to include prospecting potential new clients
PAY | $16.00/hr. + Placement commission
SCHEDULE | Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm (1-hr lunch)
REQUIREMENTS | Must pass pre-employment background check and drug test. Recruiting experience in a Staffing Agency setting is preferred, but not required. HR and Recruiting knowledge IS required. Aerospace Staffing experience would be WONDERFUL
