Some of your responsibilities with us:

  • You support our accountant in preparatory accounting tasks.
  • You handle expense and travel reimbursement for our managing director.
  • You assist our team with any accounting and billing inquiries.
  • You manage invoices and their filing.
  • You support various internal projects in the areas of controlling & reporting, as well as in building and developing processes in finance and accounting.
  • You work closely with our internal accounting team, external tax advisors, office management, and managing director.
  • We believe these tasks can also be managed parttime, so we especially welcome applications from individuals returning to work after parental leave

What you should bring:

  • You have successfully completed a commercial apprenticeship or have a comparable qualification.
  • You have previous work experience in finance and accounting.
  • You are extremely meticulous and conscientious.
  • You are proficient in using common MS Office applications, especially Excel.
