Veltiste Wellness is a vertically integrated cannabis company and we are seeking an analytical Agricultural Quality Assurance Analyst to join our team.

The Agricultural Quality Assurance Analyst will be responsible for ensuring the quality, maintenance and health of our plants through rigorous testing and analysis.

• Develop and adhere to cultivation schedules to ensure plants are healthy and prepared from seed to harvest.
• Enforce adherence to fertilization, irrigation, and feed schedules.
• Ensure plants are receiving proper irrigation, nutrients, pruning, pest and disease control.
• Oversee proper techniques related to cultivation; transplanting, pruning, defoliation, watering, feeding, and harvesting.
• Manage plant germination and propagation through cloning efforts.
• Ensure proper labeling, tagging, and traceability of plants, including plant counts, both physically and in METRC, and correcting plant inventory discrepancies immediately.
• Monitor stock of cultivation supplies and equipment and work with Procurement to order supplies.
• Oversee tracking compliance in METRC.
• Track and report the efficiency of cultivation, developing and implementing methods to improve efficiency when possible.
