Your tasks:

Mailbox processing: Processing of incoming emails (billing letters, new damage reports) from our partners, assignment of contract/customer, archiving, forwarding, processing notes, etc.
Booking, billing, deductible, depreciation, a.o. income, etc. in SAP, verification of documents, booking; in case of errors, verification and correction
Identifying error patterns or causes, checking and initiating process improvements
Creation of old case sheets for crossyear bookings

Your profile:

Completed commercial training, ideally as an insurance clerk/specialist
Knowledge in the automotive insurance sector (damage management) desirable
Knowledge of SAP/accounting
Understanding of processes
Willingness to perform and work diligently
Communication and teamwork skills
Ability to think analytically
