In the first year of your training, you will rotate through all teams at VEMA, get to know all employees and their areas of responsibility, and find out where your strengths and weaknesses lie. During the course of your training, you will take on responsibility for your own insurance division, support your colleagues, and become a professional in this field.

You will be able to independently create performance comparisons, maintain information pages, and accompany negotiations with insurers to negotiate the best rates for our insurance brokers. We will take your wishes into account and prepare you with your training for a successful start in the insurance industry.

What convinces us

Important for your entry into the 3-year training is a middle school diploma or general or technical university entrance qualification.
