Your responsibilities:

Economic planning and implementation of work processes and organization of work in geriatrics
Monitoring of proper preparation and implementation of diagnostic and therapeutic measures
Supervision of established work processes and organization of work distribution, taking into account the qualifications of individual employees
Conducting employee meetings, including taking minutes
Responsibility, supervision, and guidance of employees as head of department

Your profile:

Successfully completed training as a registered nurse (m/f/d), elderly care nurse (m/f/d), or pediatric nurse (m/f/d)
At least 2 years of professional experience; experience in elderly care
