Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist bartenders with the preparation and service of beverages.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar, including washing glassware, restocking garnishes, and cleaning spills.
- Ensure the bar is stocked with all necessary supplies, including ice, liquor, beer, wine, mixers, and garnishes.
- Assist in receiving and organizing bar deliveries.
- Remove and dispose of trash, recycling, and empty bottles.
- Provide support during peak hours to ensure prompt and efficient service.
- Perform other duties as required by the bar staff and management.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in a bar or restaurant setting is preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Must be able to lift and carry heavy items (up to 50 lbs).
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Must be of legal age to work in a bar environment.
