    Description
    We are seeking an experienced and motivated Water Resources Program Manager to lead our dedicated team. If you are passionate about water conservation, possess strong leadership skills, and have a track record of successfully managing water resources projects, we invite you to join us in making a positive impact on our environment.

    Responsibilities:
    1. Oversee the planning, development, and implementation of comprehensive water resources management programs.
    2. Lead a multidisciplinary team of engineers, scientists, and technicians in conducting water resource assessments, data collection, and analysis.
    3. Develop and implement strategies for water conservation, water quality management, and watershed protection.
    4. Collaborate with government agencies, regulatory bodies, and stakeholders to ensure compliance with water resource management regulations and policies.
    5. Manage water resources projects from inception to completion, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
    6. Conduct feasibility studies, evaluate risks, and provide technical expertise in the design and implementation of water infrastructure projects.
    7. Utilize hydrological modeling, data analytics, and simulation tools to assess water availability, predict future demand, and optimize water allocation.
    8. Develop and maintain effective relationships with clients, partners, and communities to foster collaboration and support sustainable water management initiatives.
    9. Stay informed about emerging trends, technologies, and best practices in water resources management, and incorporate them into project strategies.
    10. Prepare reports, presentations, and proposals to communicate project findings, recommendations, and progress to stakeholders and senior management.
