We are currently seeking a Customer Care Specialist (m/f/d) for our Supply Chain department at our location in Munich.

Responsibilities:

Managing and coordinating the customer supply chain for our national and international trade customers (B2B)
Processing and handling incoming orders in SAP
Optimizing product availability and logistics costs with the goal of achieving a "Perfect Order"
Ensuring smooth delivery within agreed upon timeframes to maintain product availability for end consumers
Working closely with our European distribution center in Belgium and our transportation service providers
Building and maintaining customer relationships
Acting as the first point of contact for customers regarding supply chain inquiries, such as order status and complaints
Proactively managing the "Reverse Supply Chain", including returns
Continuously improving service levels through analysis of key performance indicators, proposing concrete solutions and agreements with customers and internal and external supply chain partners
Coordinating closely with our brand teams to ensure timely delivery of new launches and support materials
Driving automated solutions to increase efficiency
Participating in local and international projects
