Overview:

Responsibilities:


  • Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings
  • Provide administrative support to the team, including drafting and proofreading documents
  • Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and direct calls to the appropriate person
  • Assist with customer service and support tasks as needed
  • Maintain office supplies and inventory
  • Perform general clerical duties, such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents
  • Assist with data entry and record keeping
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for staff members
  • Act as a personal assistant to executives when required

Experience:


  • Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred
  • Familiarity with office procedures and equipment
  • Experience working in a dental office or healthcare setting is a plus
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle inquiries professionally
  • Proficient in computer literacy, including MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Knowledge of phone systems and ability to handle multiple phone lines

Requirements:


  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fastpaced environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information

Pay:
From $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
