    Job Title: Manufacturing Process Maintenance Specialist III at Biogen


    Shift Information:
    This position involves working a 2,2,3 schedule, specifically the 12-hour Night Shift.

    About the Job:
    This role requires providing customer-oriented service and support in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Responsibilities include performing corrective and preventative maintenance on various manufacturing equipment.

    What You'll Do:
    • Collaborate with Responsible Engineers and Manufacturing personnel to troubleshoot equipment problems.
    • Perform preventative and corrective maintenance work orders.
    • Assist in troubleshooting mechanical issues and work with external vendors.
    • Follow Standard Operating Procedures.
    • Independently handle workload and perform small projects as assigned.

    Qualifications:
    Requirements:
    High School Diploma or equivalent with a minimum of 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, or related manufacturing environment. Alternatively, an Associates Degree with a minimum of 3 1/2 years of experience, or a Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 2 years of experience in the field. Must be available to work the NIGHT SHIFT role once training is completed.
    This position may involve climbing ladders, moving equipment up to 50 lbs., and standing for up to 3 hours at a time. Overtime, off-hours, and rotating on-call availability are necessary.
    Preferred:
    Knowledge and usage of hand and power tools, CMMS system, and Lock-Out Tag-Out procedures.
