- Report directly to Service Manager.
- Coordinate and manage service technician schedules.
- Be the main point of contact for customer communication regarding scheduling and service status.
- Work closely with customers and team members to help deliver a top quality service product.
- Schedule service visits with customers based on technician availability and customer needs.
- Monitor and answer main business phone line.
- Maintain dispatch board/schedule.
- Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and fellow employees.
- Handle administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, work order creation/note review and billing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and improve overall efficiency.
- Forecast workload for the coming month.

Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Service Coordinator at our Duluth, MN location. As a Service Coordinator, you will be responsible for day-to-day tasks including service coordination, work order generation, service billings, highly effective communication, and exceptional customer service.
