    Job DescriptionMinimum 1+ years pharmacy experience required.

    We are seeking a licensed Tennessee Pharmacist for a 12-week contract in an mail order LTC pharmacy in Nashville. For more information on this position and other opportunities with RPh on the Go, please contact . Send your updated resume to or call .

    Schedule: Monday Friday, 2nd shift (1:00 PM 11:00 PM); (possible rotating weekends)
    Responsibilities:

    • Reviewing and interpreting prescriptions to ensure appropriate medication therapy for patients.
    • Providing medication counseling to patients on proper usage, side effects, and precautions.
    • Collaborating with healthcare providers to optimize patient medication regimens and ensure safe and effective treatment.


    Requirements:

    • Pharmacy experience.
    • Long term care pharmacy experience preferred.
    • Clear & active Pharmacy Technician license in the state of Tennessee.
