We are looking for you as a customer service representative for BMW eCall / iCall (m/f/d) for our client in Berlin.

Your tasks:

  • Customer service in the sense of a concierge service and in emergency situations
  • Correspondence with emergency service providers if necessary

Your profile:

  • Contact and communication skills in German/English
  • Preferably language skills in Czech, French, Dutch
  • Desirable experience in the logistics industry, completed commercial training
  • Enthusiasm for automotive, tourism and new technologies
  • Good MS Office skills
  • Willingness to work in shifts
