Your responsibilities:

  • Conceptual and operational support for the analysis of knowledge management in Innovation & Technology
  • Taking on partial tasks and communicating with the relevant departments
  • Developing and implementing action options
  • Conducting a gap analysis of current knowledge management against ISO 30401 to identify improvement suggestions
  • Integration into the quality management system
  • Training, consulting, and coaching of IT departments in implementing their own instances of knowledge management
  • Support in the administration and operation of Confluence areas
  • Independently developing and implementing initiatives to promote a knowledge management culture in Innovation & Technology
  • Independently conducting processes to meet identified strategic knowledge needs in close cooperation with IT service management and department coordination

What you bring:

  • Completed IT degree or completed vocational training in the IT field
  • At least 1 year of professional experience
