    Description

    Hiring: Regional Manager

    Location: Chicago, IL

    Salary: Up to $125,000 base salary, plus bonus and benefits

    ** Growth Potential into VP of Operations Role

    As a Regional Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our operations in the Chicago area. This position requires a strategic leader with a proven track record of managing multiple locations and achieving operational excellence.

    While experience in managing 30+ locations is preferred, we are open to candidates with significant multi-unit management experience in the quick-service restaurant sector.

    Required:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field (preferred).
    • 5+ years of experience in multi-unit management
    • Proven ability to effectively manage and lead teams across multiple locations, driving results and achieving operational excellence.
    • Strong financial acumen, with the ability to analyze financial reports, budgets, and P&L statements.
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
    • Willingness to travel regularly within the region.
