    Job DescriptionCorporate RecruiterEquipment & Services Provider for Data Centers$ per hour (DOE)Contract until end of 2024, Possibility of ExtensionMonday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pmWesterville, Ohio (onsite) As a Corporate Recruiter on the Talent Acquisition team, you will be responsible for identifying and attracting top talent, with an emphasis on our Services Organization. You will collaborate across the organization with other recruiters, hiring managers, and leaders to build teams in a way that is consistent with our strategic priorities and behaviors.What the position offers:

    What you'll be doing:
    • Play a critical role in the growth and transformation of the services organization
    • Recruit for roles such as field technicians, customer engineers, PMs, etc. nationwide
    • Help build Talent Acquisition expertise through relationships, processes, and technology
    • Manage full cycle recruiting responsibilities for assigned requisitions
    • Collaborate with HR and leadership on recruiting strategy and to achieve company goals
    • Demonstrate success in hiring talent within critical services functions
    • Contribute to teamwork and sharing knowledge inside the TA team and HR organization
    • Share your own ideas within the team to drive continuous improvement and examine each process and task with the goal of constantly providing increasing value to the customer
    • Approach your daily work and customers with ethics, responsibility, discipline, and ownership, knowing that everything you do has an impact on the customer, the company, and your development
    • Define and build programs that address and support the business from a talent perspective, lead through a sales and consultative approach
    • Foster a data-driven organization and leverage metrics/trends to drive results
    Who we're looking for:
    • 3-5 years' minimum Full Cycle Recruitment on a regional or national level, preferably in both 3rd party and corporate environments
    • Experience in high-volume recruiting
    • Experience with military hiring is a huge plus
    • Someone who understands passive recruitment; and not simply relying on applicant flow
    • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
    • Adept at setting and prioritizing your own work to perform the role successfully
    • Excellent communication skills with key stakeholders to create buy-in
    • Ability to gather data, analyze, and present findings to various audiences
    • Perform within a highly transformative fast-paced environment
