Janes Agency, a 100% subsidiary of the Staatsanzeiger, provides full-service advertising agency services to our clients in the public, social, and church sectors.

We are currently seeking a full-time Bilanzbuchhalter (m/f/d) to join our team as soon as possible.

Your responsibilities will include managing the accounts payable for two companies using our accounting program eGecko, preparing monthly and annual financial statements according to HGB, submitting VAT returns and summary reports to the tax office, implementing changes in tax law, and contributing to the continuous optimization of existing processes and the development of new processes.

You will also be responsible for managing fixed assets and covering accounts receivable in case of absence.

Your profile should include a completed commercial education and further training as a certified Bilanzbuchhalter (IHK) (m/f/d) or equivalent qualification, several years of experience in accounting and independent management of financial statements, strong numerical understanding, experience with accounting software, communication and teamwork skills, reliability, accuracy, and a solution-oriented approach to daily work.
