Your tasks:

You will be responsible for analyzing and reporting disruptions on websites and software.
You will develop and set up test environments and test automations.
Your tasks will also include preparing and creating test protocols.
You will be in charge of creating and maintaining technical tickets.
You will also take care of monitoring systems and maintaining documentation.
You will act as a contact person for the QM department and serve as a liaison to other departments.

Your profile:

You have completed a technical training in the IT field with relevant practical experience, or you simply have the necessary knowledge and commitment to excel in the job.
You have good knowledge of common IT systems (Windows 10, MS Office).
You have a quick grasp of new applications.
