Blue Blush Clothing is a fast-growing wholesale fashion company in women's apparel and we are seeking for a full-time e-commerce Customer Service representative to join our wholesale e-commerce sales team.
Responsibilities & Requirements
- e-commerce order processing from company website and wholesale plat forms such as Fashion Go, Faire & following up
- Process Returns and exchanges
- Selling products and meeting customer needs.
- Services existing accounts, obtains orders, and establishes new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential sales outlets and other trade factors.
- Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems and developing solutions
- N41 ERP experience preferred. Must have at least 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in the wholesale apparel industry
