- Delivers Patient-centered care reflecting the mission and values of Behavioral Health and Community Health Network.
- Participates in admission, screening, data collection and discharge for patients/families.
- Provides therapeutic interventions based on multi-disciplinary treatment plan, which includes monitoring the milieu, induvial therapeutic interactions, facilitation of psycho-educational groups, supportive counseling, and patient/family teaching.
- Ensures integrity of treatment milieu and safety for patients including the de-escalation of volatile situations.
- Four (4) years Bachelor's degree. (Required)
- One (1) year experience working in health care of human services field. (required)
