Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and customer service-oriented individual to join our team as a Receptionist/Construction Assistant.

As the first point of contact for our company, you will play a vital role in creating a positive and welcoming experience for our clients and visitors.

This position requires strong administrative and communication skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.


Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome clients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
• Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate person or department
• Assist Construction Coordinator with data entry and management of purchase orders and vendor invoices
• Must be proficient in the use of computer software programs to perform various tasks
• Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in the construction industry in customer service or receptionist role is preferred
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
• Proficient computer literacy, including knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fastpaced environment
• Familiarity with phone systems and office equipment
• Experience with data entry and record keeping
• Spanish speaker a plus

Pay:
$ $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
