Plans, directs, and supervises the
TX3C SME team including programs, special events, and facilities management to meet the needs of the community as well as the goals of the Workforce Solutions Gulf Coast board.
Directs, coordinates, and reviews the work plan for assigned locations and activities; assigns work activities and projects; monitors work flow; reviews and evaluates work products, methods, and procedures; meets with staff to identify and resolve problems.
Maintains records and prepares reports concerning new or ongoing programs and program effectiveness through appropriate tracking and feedback systems in addition to utilizing reports from the Texas Workforce Commission (TWC) on adoption rate for the Gulf Coast region.
TX3C to stakeholders.
Assists in developing informational material to improve interactions between Workforce Solutions and Child Care Scholarship (CCS) stakeholders with team.

Qualifications
Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Demonstrated customer service and leadership skills. Familiarity with the communities being served, with knowledge and understanding of local needs and resources.
Use of personal vehicle may be required, if so, must have a current valid Driver's License with Good Driving Record and valid auto insurance.
Education/Certifications, Licenses, Registrations
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university and/or two years full-time experience in child-development, child care licensing, or social service work.

Work Environment and Physical Demands:
Works primarily in hybrid work environment with specified hours with occasional pre-planned weekend and evening events ; interacts one on one and in groups with individuals from a diverse range of backgrounds; availability for occasional out of office meetings, conferences, training and other events may be required; Tasks involve the ability to exert moderate physical effort in light to moderate work which may involve some lifting, carrying, pushing, and/or pulling of objects and materials of moderate weight pounds).
