Housekeeping Manager (m/f/d) in Bad Wörishofen

Your tasks and responsibilities:
- Monitoring and ensuring cleanliness and order in guest rooms, public areas, storage areas, and floor offices
- Creating daily cleaning schedules
- Managing and supervising the housekeeping team
- Creating work schedules for the department
- Reporting and addressing any maintenance issues
- Monitoring inventory of linens and supplies
- Managing lost and found items
Your qualifications:
- Previous experience in housekeeping
- Ability to work independently and in an organized manner
- Sense of responsibility and attention to detail
- Strong sense of organization
- Hands-on mentality
- High level of customer service
- Good knowledge of German, additional languages are a plus
- Passion for your job
- Good manners, neat appearance, and sense
