A Caring Experience is looking to hire an experienced, hard-working, detail-oriented Scheduling Coordinator with excellent customer service and communication skills to provide scheduling coordination for home health aides and companions.
Required Skills/Experience:
- Three years of scheduling experience with a home care agency with the proven ability to work with scheduling software.
- Experience with customer service in highstress situations; ability to handle client and employee customer service issues in a calm, empathetic manner
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A creative problemsolver and critical thinker that is inspired by thinking outside of the box
- Ability to multitask successfully and possesses excellent organization skills
- Pleasant and polished phone manner and demeanor
- Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for scheduling homemakers and companions for clients and coordination of home care services for clients providing excellent customer service
- Lead point of contact for clients and caregivers requesting home care, which includes scheduling nurses and caregivers and any followup requests throughout the duration of care
- Work in collaboration with care managers to ensure that client caregiving needs are met.
- Track, manage, and communicate attendance related matters
- Validate any time off availability with the appropriate team members before approval
- Conduct electronic data entry tasks, including reconciling billing/payroll records and bill/pay rates
- Assist with incoming phone calls
Pay:
$65, $75,000.00 per year
