We are looking for someone to work with us to help with controlling the inventory that is coming in and going out daily thousands of products must be able to think fast and move fast commutation is key We need both incoming inventories managed as well as out going inventory.

Must be able to talk with our vendors and find new ones as this world is forever changing


Key Responsibilities:

  • Leads the completion of the cycle counts and applicable recounts and ensures the completion of all annual cycle count requirements
  • Audits count accuracy of personnel completing the counts
  • Analyzes, corrects cycle count discrepancies, identifies root causes, and develops correction plans
  • Provides inventory accuracy, count completion, and other applicable reporting to management
  • Compiles, verifies, and reports statistical information aimed at detecting trends to improve and maintain the overall health of inventory
  • Research variances to determine appropriate root causes whether a process or behavior and tracks the information for management review
  • Identifies and tracks issues and discrepancies to create targeted area cycle counts
  • Makes recommendations for process improvements to management
  • Assists in developing solutions to specific problem areas and execution of special projects
  • Assist with other duties as assigned

Qualifications:


  • Detail oriented, perfection focused
  • High school diploma
  • Minimum of 3 years work experience as an Inventory Control Specialist Logistics
  • Comprehensive experience with QuickBooks
  • Experience in creating and managing cycle count compiles, assignment groups, and cycle counts
  • Proficient with Microsoft Excel with experience using Microsoft Outlook, Word, & Power Point
  • Must be able to accurately count
  • Experience with creating reports and tracking data
  • Excellent organizational and timemanagement skills
  • Math proficiency
  • Ability to perform moderate lifting (up to 50 lbs.) and utilize ladders and other warehouse related equipment

Pay:
Up to $22.36 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
