We are currently seeking a dedicated Shipping and Receiving Manager to oversee all shipping and receiving activities at our facility.

This standalone role is perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic, self-managed environment and is meticulous about managing logistics and inventory control.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of shipping and receiving operations including but not limited to packing, logistics coordination, and inventory control.
• Ensure that all shipments are handled promptly and stored correctly, maintaining compliance with safety regulations.
• Manage documentation related to shipping and receiving operations, including tracking shipments, maintaining records of invoices, and managing inventory databases.
• Coordinate with vendors and transport companies to ensure timely delivery of goods and supplies.
• Implement and monitor performance metrics for shipping and receiving activities to identify improvements in operations.
• Conduct regular audits of inventory and resolve any discrepancies in a timely manner.
• Ensure a clean and organized warehouse environment that complies with all safety regulations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field preferred.
• At least 5 years of experience in a shipping and receiving role, with proven expertise in logistics and inventory management.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working effectively as a standalone manager.
• Proficient in the use of inventory software, databases, and systems.
• Detailed understanding of shipping policies and regulations, including international shipping when applicable.

Pay:
$60, $65,000.00 per year
