We are seeking a skilled and experienced Auto Service Manager/Advisor to join our team.

As the primary point of contact for our customers, you will play a crucial role in ensuring exceptional service delivery and customer satisfaction.

==>>>The positition is for 50 hours a week. The business hours are Monday through Friday 8 AM to 6PM and Saturday 8AM to 2PM


Responsibilities:

• Manage daytoday operations of the auto service department, including scheduling, workflow management, and inventory control.
• Greet customers and provide professional consultation on their vehicle service needs.
• Conduct thorough vehicle inspections and accurately diagnose mechanical issues.
• Provide detailed explanations of recommended repairs and maintenance, including cost estimates and timelines.
• Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely and highquality service delivery.
• Oversee vehicle repairs and maintenance to ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a timely and professional manner.
• Maintain accurate records of service transactions, invoices, and customer information.
• Monitor and improve departmental performance, productivity, and profitability.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an auto service manager or advisor, preferably in a fastpaced automotive service environment.
• Strong technical knowledge of automotive systems and components.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and work effectively under pressure.
• Proficiency in computerized automotive management systems.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills.
• ASE certification or equivalent preferred.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Pay:
$1, $1,700.00 per week
