What We're Looking For


REBL Rentals is currently seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform general maintenance tasks and to support the overall quality of our large and quickly growing portfolio of vacation homes.

Hours can and will vary weekly and seasonally based on business needs.


Location

  • Phoenix, AZ (On-Site)

Compensation
- $25-28 / hour

Your Responsibilities:


  • Perform general maintenance (plumbing, electrical, HVAC repair, painting, drywall repair, pressure washing) on buildings, systems, common areas and amenities
  • Maintain recreational amenities (i.e. lounge areas, outdoor fire pit, etc.)
  • Complete preventative maintenance tasks
  • Ensure follow through on assigned maintenance tasks using inhouse assignment system and respond to timesensitive maintenance needs
  • Maintain required Maintenance Metrics on efficiency and utilize Advanced Lodging ticketing system
  • Coordinate with thirdparty service providers.
  • Complete grounds work to keep the outside of the community safe, clean and free of debris
  • Assist in maintaining the grounds, common areas and amenities by picking up trash and debris
  • Maintain tools and equipment
  • Complete maintenance reports, documentation, records, and other necessary paperwork
  • Respond to emergencies as needed which may include weekends or holidays

Skills and Qualifications:


  • Strong communications skills (including written).
  • Proven initiative and strong work ethic. Must successfully pass a preemployment 7year criminal investigation and drug screening.
  • Must have general knowledge of building mechanics, plumbing, HVAC, and electrical

Education and Experience:


  • HOA residential maintenance OR equivalent: 2 years (preferred)
  • Property OR High-Rise Management OR equivalent: 2 years (preferred)
  • Excellent handyman skills, including maintenance in electrical, plumbing, and HVAC (2 years Preferred)

Physical Requirements:


  • Perform any range of special projects, tasks and other related duties as assigned
  • Able to lift up to 50 pounds

Employees who are required to drive a personal vehicle must have reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and be at least 18 years of age.

Employees who are required to drive a company vehicle must have a valid driver's license, be at least 21 years of age, and have been a licensed driver for no less than 3 years.


An offer of employment for this role will be contingent upon the successful completion of a background and motor vehicle check.
Working Conditions & Physical Requirements


All operations positions require you to work in a professional environment interacting with team members and guests in office and vacation rental properties.

Travel is based on your position and may require driving in various weather conditions both during the day and at night.

The physical demands of the position is dependent on the jobs assigned. The ability to sit, stand, bend, stoop, move 25 lbs. or less are standard requirements for our operations positions.
