Employee (m/f/d) for our human resources department in Cos Cob, CT.

Your responsibilities:

Hiring and continued employment of academic staff in thirdparty research projects
Support and advice for our personnel managers on employment contract issues, particularly within the framework of the Science Time Contract Act
Personnel cost planning for thirdparty projects in close cooperation with our finance department
Correspondence with our service provider for payroll processing

Your profile:

Ideally, a completed degree (Bachelor) in a field related to administration, preferably a business degree with a focus on human resources or
Commercial training with further education as a specialist
Ideally, you have some professional experience in the field
We expect a high level of independence, responsibility, and customer orientation from you
You are proficient in using modern software
A high level of motivation and a structured, goaloriented work style complete your profile
