Are you a trained oven builder or chimney sweep, but would prefer to work in an office? Do you have technical understanding and are able to read and understand simple drawings? Then we are looking for you to join our technical support team in our office in Bamberg.

We also welcome career changers.

At Der Kamindoktor, we have been specializing in retrofitting open fireplaces for over 25 years. With our experience in the oven industry, our family business is now in its second generation. With multiple locations and nationwide coverage, we are dedicated to serving our customers. Our expertise lies in retrofitting open fireplaces with custom-made fireplace inserts and replacing existing fireplace inserts. We also offer individual fireplace inserts and stoves as part of our wide range of services.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Handling technical inquiries from technicians, customers, and chimney sweeps
Customer correspondence (written/phone)
Independent management of initial contacts
Support in all administrative areas and immediate involvement in daily operations
Own projects
General secretarial and assistance tasks
General information processing
Placing orders
Close collaboration with all departments

REQUIREMENTS:

Completed vocational training
Good verbal and written communication skills
Good knowledge of computers and common software programs (e.g. Word, Excel, Outlook)
Good communication and cooperation skills
Commitment, initiative, and ability to work in a structured manner
Quick comprehension and reliability
