    Customer Service Representative
    West Valley, UT
    $16.00/hr.
    Monday-Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm

    Responsibilities of the Customer Service Representative:

    • Jump into action by promptly and warmly handling all inbound calls and tackling questions about windshield warranty claims.
    • Be the go-to guru for customers, answering their inquiries with crystal-clear explanations about warranty terms and coverage.
    • Infuse every conversation with your unique blend of professionalism and personal touch, making each interaction a delightful experience.
    • When hiccups happen, approach customer complaints with empathy and patience, resolving conflicts like a seasoned pro.
    • Keep the record straight by meticulously documenting every interaction and transaction in our customer database or CRM system.

    Customer Service Requirements:

    • Bring at least six months of call center experience, mastering both inbound and outbound interactions.
    • We're looking for someone who thrives in collaborative environments.
    • Have a genuine passion for helping others
    • Your communication skills should be top-notch, whether chatting on the phone or typing an email.
