With our system, we plan production in such a way that we can deliver goods on time with the best possible machine utilization.

You are responsible for ensuring that the system runs smoothly.

What does this mean specifically? You monitor the system and interface, analyze and resolve errors, and serve as a contact person for users.

In addition, you implement new requirements.
For major adjustments or new process flows, you work in cross-functional project teams.
Once a year, you support the inventory process.
Of course, documentation should not be neglected in your tasks.
Requirements

Have you gained at least 5 years of experience in IT support for production? Perfect.
You may have a degree in business administration. But even with a vocational training, you can convince us.
It is important that you are familiar with SAP ECC, SAP APO or SAP S/4HANA. In addition, you should be proficient in using Office 365 tools.
With your conceptual thinking, it is easy for you to understand processes and discuss them with your contacts.
