Sepax is seeking a responsible and energetic entry level Inventory Assistant.

This individual will assist with the company's inventory to help keep all acquisition, production, and distribution operations smooth and efficient.

This position is at the headquarter office located in Newark, Delaware.


Requirements:

• Certificate in Logistics or Supply Chain, Associate's degree in related field, or work experience
• Competent in inventory controls process and record keeping
• Proficient and consistent in following proper procedures
• Extreme attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality
• Excellent organization and prioritizing skills
• Excellent communication and problemsolving skills
• Good physical stamina with ability to lift
• Ability to work professionally in a team environment
• Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office Excel and the internet
• Mandarin experience preferred

Responsibilities:

• Ensure shipments received are accurate
• Communicate inventory issues with damaged or missed shipments
• Assist with placing inventory restock orders
• Maintain inventory records
• Generate and file reports
• Maintain cleanliness in general work area
• Assist with other support as needed to include confirming sales orders, creating the delivery documents, and packaging the orders for shipping.
