The Administrative Services Coordinator is responsible for human resources, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general clerical duties.
Because you are always in contact with residents and families, and to guarantee their satisfaction, this position requires tact, sensitivity and professionalism.

Associates degree in accounting or related field or two (2) years of experience

Years of Experience:
Experience in Assisted Living facility preferred.
Type 60+ WPM with accuracy; Excellent PC skills, competent in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel software packages; working knowledge of copy machine, fax machine, and laser printer.
Excellent command of English language in both written and oral forms; excellent proofreading skills. Basic Accounting skills and demonstrated accuracy with numbers.License:
