TEAM-MPDescription The Custodian/Housekeeping, under the direction of the Operations Manager, is responsible for the cleanliness of the indoor and outdoor grounds of the MetraPark facility; performs all other job-related duties as requested.

Examples of Duties Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitization of MetraPark facilities public spaces, administrative offices, and other assigned areas; Keep assigned areas maintained and cleaned in accordance with established policies and procedures; Keep areas clean of debris and trash; mop floors, vacuum, remove gum, clean marks, and blemishes from multiple surfaces; Operates floor cleaners, buffers, carpet shampooers, waxing and sealing equipment.

Minimum Qualifications Graduation from high school or obtained High Set (formerly GED); One (1) years' experience in general housekeeping, janitorial, custodial, and/or grounds maintenance.

Possession of a valid Montana driver's license.
