- Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitization of MetraPark facilities public spaces, administrative offices, and other assigned areas;
- Keep assigned areas maintained and cleaned in accordance with established policies and procedures;
- Keep areas clean of debris and trash; mop floors, vacuum, remove gum, clean marks, and blemishes from multiple surfaces;
- Operates floor cleaners, buffers, carpet shampooers, waxing and sealing equipment.
- Graduation from high school or obtained High Set (formerly GED);
- One (1) years' experience in general housekeeping, janitorial, custodial, and/or grounds maintenance.
- Possession of a valid Montana driver's license.
