**Warehouse Handler**

Warehouse Handlers unload trailers delivering product to our distribution warehouses and use powered industrial equipment such as electric pallet jacks, forklifts, dock stockers to remove product from trailers. Pallets may also need to be broken down and cases restacked onto new pallets. Work is performed in a warehouse setting and is physically demanding. FHI Warehouse Handlers must be able to unload tractor trailers safely and efficiently while working in a fast-paced environment. Moderate twisting and turning of the body is necessary in maneuvering the pallet jack and in observing safe paths of travel. Equipment training is provided.

**Qualifications:**

Prior experience receiving or unloading in a warehouse or distribution setting or knowledge of logistics is preferred but not required. Experience operating powered warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts a plus.

**Requirements:**

Ability to read, write and speak English

Basic math skills

Freight Handlers must be able to lift cases by hand weighing from 25 to 95 pounds and can expect to handle between 50 and 200+ pallets

Handlers are expected to work productively and safely

Steel toed safety shoes are required

Must interact respectfully and courteously with co-workers, customers and vendors.

Handlers must have the ability to lift, walk, bend, twist, reach, push and squat the majority of the day.

Project Controls Manager leads our project controls effort on projects of all sizes and delivery methods, develops project controls staff, and is responsible for developing and executing the Project Controls Plan across the division. Ability to execute the Lead Project Controls Specialist responsibilities is assumed.

**Responsibilities:**

Lead a project controls effort on large complex projects

Monitor and maintain control of cost performance and revenue through a Project Controls System including earned value management, key performance indicators, and change control

Conduct interactive planning meetings and program/project status briefings for internal and external representatives

Evaluate contract requirements, identify risk areas, and recommend mitigation plans

Oversee deliverables such as progress reports, cost tracking reports and invoicing

Oversee document control systems on projects

Participate in implementing strategic initiatives

Create, implement, and execute project controls plan to support contract requirements and the successful execution of project controls

Supervise, mentor, and coordinate work of three or more support staff

**Qualifications:**

16 + years

Bachelor's degree preferred

High proficiency in Excel: VLOOKUP, PIVOT tables, and graphing

Deltek Vision experience preferred

Strong written and verbal communication skill

Advanced knowledge on Microsoft Project or P6

PMP or AACE Certification
