General Summary:
Deidentification of vehicles/equipment including logos, unit numbers and contact info on vehicles. Wash and vacuum all vehicles/equipment.


Responsibilities:


  • Removing decals and decal residue in preparation for pictures.
  • Wash and vacuum each vehicle as needed including cleaning windows and using tire dressing.
  • Maintain a list of services completed for each vehicle.
  • Maintain a clean, neat, and orderly work area, ensuring all assigned tasks are performed accurately and efficiently.
  • Operate forklifts to move and organize assets within the yard, if certified.
  • Actively participate in Team Meetings and Safety Program activities, adhering to all processes, policies, and safety protocols and regulations.
  • Perform other auction yard duties as assigned by supervisors or management.

Qualifications:

Education/ Experience:


  • High School Diploma/GED required
  • Preferred minimum of 2 years of experience in vehicle handling, yard operations, or related field.

Skills:


  • Certified to drive forklifts (if applicable).
  • Exhibit exceptional attention to detail in all aspects of yard management, from vehicle placement to data entry accuracy.
  • Good interpersonal and customer communication skills.
  • Must possess excellent organizational skills; detailorientated with strong follow through skills.

Ability:


  • Ability to pass criminal background, drug and reference checks.
  • Strong capability to work well within a team setting, demonstrating cooperation and communication to achieve common objectives effectively.
  • Trustworthy and honest, with a customercentric mindset and dedication to hard work. Actively seeks opportunities for growth, showing initiative to learn and improve, aiming to exceed team goals.
  • Demonstrates a high degree of awareness of safety, accuracy, and productivity.

Work Conditions/ Physical Demands:


  • Must be able to work in a typical indoor/outdoor commercial yard environment all year round in Phoenix, AZ.
  • Some lifting up to 50 pounds might be required.
