Description
Schaumburg Music Academy is seeking a fun and professional full-time staff member to help administer our Schaumburg-area music school.

This staff member will serve as the primary point of contact for our students, families, and teachers to ensure the smooth functioning of our day-to-day operations.


Primary responsibilities include:

  • Greeting students arriving for lessons and ensuring that teachers stay on schedule
  • Interfacing with teachers to help them manage their student schedules
  • General administrative tasks as needed
Pay will be commensurate with experience. A 401(k) with company matching is available to all of our employees after 3 months on the job.

Founded in 1973, we pride ourselves on providing fun, personalized, and professional music education to students of all skill levels in a positive and welcoming environment.

We teach voice, piano, violin, guitar, drums, and a handful of other instruments, and maintain an enrollment of over 200 weekly students.
