Purpose:

The Marketing Product Manager will assist the Marketing and R&D teams in launching new products lines to the market.

The Marketing Product Manager will serve as the voice of the business in setting the marketing vision for plan development, project management, and product solutions through collaboration with key stakeholders in alignment with the organization's strategy and goals.


Duties & Responsibilities:


  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to provide inputs to product development initiatives, ensuring alignment with market needs and customer preferences.
  • Develop deep industry understanding to create comprehensive messaging, campaigns, collateral, and training materials to support product launches and ongoing marketing efforts.
  • Lead sustaining projects for the assigned product line, including lifecycle management, product updates, and regulatory compliance activities.
  • Support the upcoming launch of a significant new product in breast reconstruction, coordinating crossfunctional efforts to ensure a successful market introduction.
  • Assist with managing communication with social media strategy, public events, and meetings.
  • Build rapport & coordinate meetings with key stakeholders in line with strategy.
  • Follow projects from initiation to completion working closely with the Director of Marketing and stakeholders to help achieve their vision.
  • Assist in planning of new company initiatives such as new product ideas based on current and ''projected market trends.
  • Prepare reports and give presentations on project updates.
  • Analyze customer and client feedback to determine the next steps for a product.
  • Manage ongoing communications in regards to the lifecycle of our Aesthetics portfolio.
  • Report to work inperson and start job on time for established shift.
  • Complete required hours on assigned duties works shift to complete assigned responsibilities and duties.
  • Starting job duties on time, staying on the job throughout the assigned shift to complete duties properly, and attending all scheduled meetings and appointments.

Skills & Abilities:


  • Technical proficiency and an understanding of the product development process.
  • Strong project management skills, with a track record of successfully leading crossfunctional teams and driving projects to completion.
  • Proficiency in market analysis and interpretation of market data to inform product strategies.
  • Strong communication skills both verbal and written.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively engage with surgeons and other healthcare professionals.
  • Ability to manage time and multitask.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Familiar with the manufacturing environment.
  • Familiar with validation procedures.
  • Proficient in Microsoft office. Ability to secure and maintain a favorable background investigation and clearance.

Education & Experience:


  • Bachelor's degree in business management, marketing or relevant science required or 4 8 years of proven experience in lieu of bachelors degree.
  • Experience with project completion from start to finish.
  • Experience with aesthetics and/or medical devices preferred.
