_ The Position:

_ The
Photographer** is responsible for capturing high-quality imagery featuring recipes, products, campaign assets, and other brand needs that remain true to our creative vision and appeal to our consumers.

This role is a critical member of our studio team that focuses on visual storytelling, demonstrates exceptional attention to detail, and thrives while working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

The photographer collaborates closely with food stylists, the studio director, and other Creative and Editorial team members.

_ The Location:

_Hybrid working onsite in our Lebanon NH photo studio roughly 75% of the time, with flexibility to work remotely roughly 25% of the time.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Executes photoshoots onsite, in our inhouse studio.
  • Edits and retouches photos to meet the highest quality standards.
  • Ensures studio equipment is wellmaintained, properly secure, and in working order.
  • Brings creative visions & mood boards to life through photography.
  • Works with models to infuse a personal element to photography.
  • Prioritizes operational excellence, ensuring that output of shoots is high quality, on time, and efficient.
  • Works collaboratively and maintains strong relationships with crossfunctional teams, primarily editorial, social, brand, and merchandising.
  • Works within the brand framework, continuing the creative evolution of the brand.
  • Manages and organizes digital files and follows processes and procedures of our DAM (digital asset management) system, ensuring our imagery is titles and categorized correctly with metadata added.
  • Supports both ongoing improvements and new initiatives by keeping a pulse on industry trends and advancements.
  • Assists in the effort to ensure the studio is in an orderly, tidy, and conducive state for efficient, fastpaced shooting.

Experience and Education:


  • 5 years instudio photography experience, especially in the food industry
  • Experience in photoshoot planning and direction
  • Strong photography portfolio, including product photography and lifestyle photography
  • Proficient in photography equipment and editing software
  • Experience/understanding of onset prop and food styling
  • Experience working cross functionally, specifically on complex projects requiring collaboration, stakeholder involvement, and direct decision making
  • College degree a plus

Strongly presents ideas, provides feedback, and ensures alignment with project requirements and objectives. Ability to follow and execute on a shot list, ensuring metadata and title are properly assigned.
