Position Summary: Oversees and coordinates the activities of nursing personnel in patient care units, plans work for designated units, and collaborates with other patient care units and related departments. Supervises patient care distribution during allocated shifts, maintains daily staffing and administrative records, and ensures adherence to governmental policies and procedures. Assists in evaluating employee performance and contributes to staff coaching. Delivers nursing care to patients on an as-needed basis and communicates effectively with patients and their families regarding required care.Principal Duties and Accountabilities:
