Job Summary
Responsible for researching and policy-writing for the various rules and regulations that affect Human Resources. Ensures that department policies and procedures are in compliance with various Human Resources and Labor laws.

Maintains ongoing compliance with all regulations that affect the Human Resources division and communicates any changes to the management team.

Works with moderate guidance in own area of knowledge.


Core Responsibilities

  • Serve as project manager for Talent Management initiatives to ensure alignment and timing of key workstreams including managing the talent calendar and roadmap.
  • Leverage project management tool (Asana) for key talent & DE&I workstreams.
  • Develop, implement and manage a dashboard to assess the impact of talent processes and initiatives.
  • Manage program nomination activities including identifying nominees, communication, training progress as well as participant and alumni tracking.
  • Create Career Wellbeing and DE&I content in SharePoint and Viva Engage including an annual DE&I calendar.
  • Conduct analysis of feedback surveys, performance and talent assessment data to prepare for talent review discussions.
  • Design talent and DE&I decks and resources using powerpoint and/or Canva.
  • Track and maintain the database of talent review actions to ensure follow through and measurement of impact and success.
  • Partner with Corporate TM COE as a liaison to our team.
  • Provide analytical support of Talent Management data and feasibility of proposed business strategies.
  • Conduct internal and external benchmarking research for talent management to inform the broader strategy.
  • Evaluate development programs and assessments for client groups to inform future nominations.
  • Create internal slates for client groups in partnership with HR and TA.
  • Partner in the agenda design and logistics for key talent events.
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Employees at all levels are expected to:

  • Demonstrated Project Management capability
  • Be able to work out of Philadelphia HQ office 4x per we
  • Strong design skills and attention to detail
  • Canva experience preferred
  • Expert with Excel and PowerPoint
  • Experience working with diverse project teams in a matrixed environment
  • Strong analytical ability, verbal and written communication skills
  • Selfmotivated and able to work independently
  • Teamoriented and works well in a collaborative environment
  • Ability to extract, organize and analyze data sets
  • Strong organizational skills and follow through
  • Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance
  • Bachelor's Degree required
  • 13 years experience in related fields
